Quality Check
Ensure the items are unused, unwashed, and have all original tags attached to qualify for a successful return process.
Handover Package
Our courier partner will arrive within 48 hours to pick up the parcel from your doorstep; please ensure the package is securely sealed.
Receive Refund
Once the item reaches our warehouse and passes inspection, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
